      Pros

      Good for a flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      The way the system is set up to get hours is useless. Only those with bots or people who are willing to stay up all night are able to get consistent hours. There is also little to no support for issues that come up while out delivering , and you will be blamed for absolutely everything.

      Pros

      Amazon Flex pays decently (~$19 per hour) but that can quickly be eaten up in gas costs. Routes are most of the time, put together well. Its possible to complete a 4 hour shift in 2 hours.

      Cons

      Amazon Flex is still a new concept to a lot of people. Its sometimes weird for customers to see an unmarked car roll up to their house and drop off packages. Its even more awkward for the driver. Sometimes you will have a shift thats an hour away, which increases how much gas you have to use, more gas = less money earned. So that $19 an hour turns into $15 an hour. Also don’t forget that when your insurance finds out your using your car for work, that is probably going to increase in cost as well.

      Set money 50 bucks for 40 packages.

      Cons

      •No designated official for amazon flex drivers •No direction or guidance •No flexibility on more money if packages cannot be delivered within time frame specified •if you bring packages back to distribution center because of app failure expect termination from app. •I reported app issues at least 7 times and no updates. •expect no explanation why terminated because of app issues
