Pros

Being your own boss, flexible hours, and the pay is good.

Cons

Using your own car. Not able to reach a supervisor, or a team leader when something goes wrong. Not able to speak to an ambassador regarding missing packages a customer says they didn't get when you know you delivered it and you know they received it. But yet we get blamed for it. Not sending out reserved blocked when they say they do a few times per week. Not investigating size of vehicle for larger blocks.
