used to be good.... NOW BAD, Amazon became greedy gives only 1.5 hour slot. read cons....

1. I started with flex last december, it was really good in start, amazon pay you $18/hr above this is tips. you have to search a lot in the app to find the block, and that block used to be for 2 yours each, and driver deliver the packages before 2 hours, now seeing this amazon started giving 1.5 hour block, you can imagine by yourself, you should leave your home for job atleast 15 minutes before the time starts, and you can finish hardly in 1.5 hour time if your delivery spots are far. then you come back. to home, and you earn $27 from amazon. Last week i delivered 1.5 hr block and from home to coming back home it took 2.5 hours, i mailed amazon support that pay me for the extra half hour cause they gave me more deliveries than 1.5 hr, they replied you sometime you finish before time and sometime after time. so for me it doesn't make sense that you just waste that much time for 1.5 hour block, it is good if you got 4 or 6 hours block. And you use your own car. most people think its good, but indeed your car is getting millage quickly, it is getting wear and tear. some times delivery is very easy, you just go the house or apartment easily, but sometimes delivery is at third floor of apartments and you have many heavy packages to deliver, so you have to make three rounds from your car. and if the person is not good enough, you even dont get any tip.
