Pros

Flexible hours Weekly pay

Cons

Lack of shifts Terrible service from Amazon Flex Team Be ready to get an email with “ termination notice of your account” without any warnings or explanations. Amazon flex team based outside of the US They only take emails and no phone calls If you have an issue with delivery, amazon flex team doesn’t bother to read any emails( mostly automatic responses) Advice: don’t waste your time and effort, they can fire you for anything vague and you will never be reinstated.

Pros

Pay for 4 hours or longer routes

Cons

Often gave 2 or 3 routes the amount of a 4 then I was kicked off the app cause customers kept “stealing” the packages off steps after i took pictures of it there and often took them over me.Its a fire to hire kind of job i assume money was great this would be a great side job. But full time no they fire drivers to be able to hire more.

Not what I thought

Pros

Flexible hours Don’t have to talk to people

Cons

I am a stay at home looking for extra income, so obviously this sounded like an awesome opportunity.....but it wasn’t what I thought. Chaos is one word to describe the pick up facility. They expect you to know certain things but if it’s your first time you could be terribly confused like I was. So if someone seems confused, being rude definitely does not help. They give you this rack with a good amount of boxes and want you to scan each one and load it up. Obviously this is going to take some time, and if you have a crying baby in the car wondering what is taking so long, it can add to your stress level. Also, when you are trying to scan packages with the app it and it takes forever and there is no one to help you, that also adds to the stress level. Also I wanted to deliver to packages south of Seattle, so when I saw the packages we all in Seattle that also set me off
