      Feels good to be independently working

      Cons

      Pay not pre-taxed, so you owe taxes at end of year, amount of packages on route exceeds amount of time it would take to deliver. If you don't finish in the time window, you risk losing your next route or working for free. No consideration for the gas it takes. Wear and tear on car. Routes are all over town. If packages get stolen, you are at risk of losing the job even though you are delivering in the ghetto a lot of times.

      Flexible schedule. Get paid to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. Helps pay bills. Live friendly support. Free tour of the neighborhood.

      Cons

      Apartments are sometime nightmares. Easily get terminated and not able to work long term. Get blamed for everything, such as when packages not received by customer. Mediocre pay after paying for gas and wear and tear on the car. Sometimes too many packages in a block and get no pay for overtime. Keep hitting refresh button to look for work due to driver oversatration after holiday.

      This is the worst to work for Amazon Flex is horrible there is no one really in charge ,you use your car rack up the miles put money out for gas ,and Tolls , they don’t give it back if you are late forget you are fired ,but then again the depot tells you to deliver all packages don’t bring them back they give you tons of packages for 3 hours you can have as many as 70 now try to find all the addresses half the people don’t have addresse on there houses I guess they are hiding from bill collectors and apartments forget that you are wasting over 20 min to a half hour looking for the apartment you can’t leave it in the office or at the four someone will take it and if someone does you as the delivery person we’ll you lied and didn’t put it there so your fired !!!LOL !! Such a joke they do not pay enough money at all $54 for 3 hours we’ll you can be out there for 5 hrs and now you might have to pay tolls and who paid for my gas this is the worst and oh the miles you just put 100 miles on your car or maybe more Amazon you are a joke see ya it Sucks
