Pros

Work when you want until they troll you down and delete your account even though you have not had a bad standing and infact are a good partner for deliveries

Cons

When it comes to solving issues their amazonflex support and escalations team will tell you " further comments will be ignored" and they will be believe me. They will not help you to fix any account issues for sure
