      Pros

      Large company, plenty of money for development. Overall working with excellent people. Good benefits and flexibility.

      Cons

      Everything depends on your manager. I've had 10+ managers over the years and have seen all different managing styles. Some will support you and your career while others are just trying to pile on work and take credit for your work.
