Pros

- Innovative and customer-oriented mindset - Less bureaucratic. Operates like a lot of small companies rather than one big company. - You will feel empowered. Career growth is back in your hands and your competitiveness. - There is a decent on-boarding process. - Failure is encouraged. Easy to move internally on lateral roles. - No Powerpoints. - Faster decisions at every level.

Cons

- Could feel a bit lost in the information deluge. - Getting promoted from L6 to L7 seems tricky. I am too new to comment further; but, peers informed, it requires both successful outcomes and growth in your area. - Easy to get involved in new projects. If not carefully done, could cause backlogs and distractions.
