Pros

A great way to learn how to deal with dozens of teams at a time.

Cons

Health insurance is pretty bad for people with chronic illnesses. Pay isn't enough for me to live in an apartment 15 miles from work without roommates. Benefits outside of the Seattle office are trash. Male coworkers make you provide data for every little thing, slowing down design work. Sexism among the WWE team is huge. Huge amount of un-automated bureaucracy. Things move WAY too fast. We're still cleaning up repercussions from rushing old products when they want the new product done.

Great CEO, great retail side of the business

Cons

Forced stack ranking, hostile environment, no work/life balance, cut throat backstabbing culture, no engineering bonuses, low salaries, terrible hardware engineering leadership, impossible to get promoted
