Pros

Surrounded by really smart and talented people which you will learn a lot from. There's a good culture of fun especially if you go into the office. Salary is good. Really good commuter benefits. Free coffee!

Cons

401k matching is really bad. No education assistance.

Pros

Startup atmosphere, doesn't feel like a big company. Tech salaries, great work/life balance, nice office environment.

Cons

Growing rapidly, less mentorship opportunities for younger engineers, no hand-holding. Better fit for experienced professionals.
