Amazon is really Awesome to work with, I really regret for resigning the job, we don't have work pressure, NO dress code. More over every one treats us like their own family. I learned many new things from Amazon. Our team had many Unique projects.

Cons

Partiality with in teams, but that quiet common everywhere.

Not for the faint of heart if you can not constantly be thinking of new ways to save your department money, and are never good enough. Some people work well under that type of management, others not so much.
