Pros

Start with PTO, will train you from nothing,

Cons

Cult like work culture, will discipline you for not making rate even for circumstances outside of your control, track your every move in the building, short break times, socially isolating to stand at a station for hours and be expected to not speak to anyone let alone no moving around, looking at others, no headphones for music and podcasts to keep you sane unless you hide air pods under a hat they won't check there.
