Pros

Work culture thats all. No one forces you to do this work and that work.

Cons

Too much Stress! Need to achieve targets, or else they will put you on a performance management plan, if you still dont meet targets, then they will straight away kick you out. Fun fact: Quality target is not in your hands most of the times. But you are accountable even though there is no mistake of yours.

Pros

When I started, I was hired for a Backoffice job, where I had the top QA and AHT performance. A Team open to my Knowledge-base systems pushing and promoting improvements that helped the entire global org.

Cons

Then, after years of my excellent performance, they moved me to a call center, to a position I did not want and I did not ask for. Then AI took over. Then 16.000 job cuts caused by AI or LOB closures (or both).
