Pros

Fast Pace. Challenging work if you like puzzles. Pays well, plus restricted stock.

Cons

Lack of HR support, as a result, you work in an HR landmine landscape with constant threats of losing your job. Amazon treats its managers not as leaders, rather as folks who can be replaced without a thought. Non-stop, even though you may work (4) 10-day shifts, the business never stops, and many work ungodly hours at the risk of their health.
