Pros

Health benefits on day one Managers now can participate in career choice training Can take an extended leave of absence if needed. Four day work weeks.

Cons

Area managers gets paid once a month. Shift for Area managers is an average of 12 hour days. Leadership can change shift and department day to night and night to day with no advanced notice. Area managers are expected to cover the responsibilities of their departments and leadership can keep adding as many extra tasks based on business need. Was told by upper management either sink or swim and if you don’t complete the tasks, we will bring in some else.

Pros

Good experience. An environment that pushes you. Good company to have on your resume.

Cons

Stress from upper leadership trickles down to everyone. Work keeps getting added with no support given. It's required at this point to do the work of 2-3 other people.
