Pros

Help college students with tuition if needed but the colleges/ universities and majors have to be accepted by the company, gives college graduates a chance at higher positions, there are clubs/ organizations available (ASC, BEN, etc.), the pay is decent

Cons

breaks could be a little longer (20 minutes), slow hour build up (PTO, UPT, and vacation), can be disorganized at times, sometimes AAs can be overworked, lack of fans
