Pros

Well if your a minority person you will most likely get the job, working 4 days on and 3 days off. 10 hrs a day is minimum. Benefits are good I would suggest you take them and invest in yourself.

Cons

Long hours Noisy environment Don't expect to get anything free.

Pros

Set schedule, when it is slow volunteer time off, health insurance. That is about it.

Cons

Rates are ridiculously high. You get 2 15 minutes breaks that start as soon as you leave your station so depending where you are in the building it could take at least 5 minutes to walk to the breakroom, 5 minutes to use the restroom, eat, or smoke if you do and 5 minutes back. 30 minutes for lunch. Mandatory overtime can be called anytime.
