Pros

The people are very fun to work with. Could be even more fun with there weren't Covid. They are very strict on Covid safety measures and it's good for everyone to keep ourselves safe. You get the meet people from all walks of life and get to know some of them.

Cons

The working hours are pretty bad. You hardly get any breaks and you can't "idle" or you'll be sent home. There's alot of acronym you gotta remember and it's hard to remember all of them sometimes. The group chats other miscellaneous stuff could be very messy sometimes. All in all the lower management are very nice people and they will understand and teach and re teach until you understand.
