Pros

Some of the pros of this job is that it is consistent and is at least easy compared to some of the other functions in the warehouse that may be more physically demanding. Work is constant and consistent and it is clear from day one what you will be doing for the rest of your time therre.

Cons

If you would like to do more jobs, more indirect functions expect to be doing more work for the same wage. If it is possible for you to do people's jobs, expect to do the work of two for your rest of your time in that job. Hard work gets you almost nothing. Taking on these jobs may be good for your resume if you would like to promote *within* but in my opinion most of the non salary positions are not worth it as you only make a dollar per our extra with near managerial responsibility.
