always paid on time. Tracking system for hours was excellent. Could easily call off if needed. benefits are amazing

Cons

Unfair with the flow of work. If you are a good worker they will work you to death with no breaks while others get to sit and get free ride. Did not like mandatory work hours. You could call off but it penalizes you. Talking to the manager did not help the situtation. They had opinion boxes but no one really listened. At times it was impossible to reach HR.

Set Schedule. Good wage. Good benefits available (full time) Entry level job is easy.

Cons

Management don't interact with employees. Don't recognize employees for their inputs. overtime is not voluntary. Time off options are so strict like can't take the day off if you don't have personal time stored or volunteer time off option given.
