Pros

I held many roles during my tenure. I love that Amazon will let you use your functional role experience to learn a new topic or domain, or domain experience to learn a functional new role. They also truly believe in the leadership principles and working backwards from the customer, which was successful work strategy for me.

Cons

Work life balance can be hard to manage and you don’t get much PTO.
