- comfortable job with decent offices - relatively stable - good to gain experience

Cons

- understaffed teams - despite good recruitment policy, incompetent people get hired if they are cheap, which will make your life difficult - the company is out of synch with their own principles - lack of appreciation will demotivate you in no time - improvent ideas are hard to implement due to extreme burreaucracy - no salary increase, plus a decrease after 2 years

Pros

Lots of opportunities (which you can unlock only if you start networking) to develop and learn. The fact that you are working/worked for Amazon opens doors. Flexible working schedule as long as the job is done.

Cons

Management, frequently they are not very experienced and they get their position due to office politics. Huge company size that makes it difficult to standout. HR is struggling to understand the employees. There is a cast system and the second class employees are treated like they do not matter. Bureaucracy which slows down any improvements. Poor compensation scheme, budget and headcount cuts.
