Pros

Very structured and streamlined. Well defined SOPs and functions. Good infrastructure for the folks working from office. Decent allowances.

Cons

Toxic politics at higher management level, especially in EU ROC process, I quit this job because the pressure and biasness hospitalized me. The current L6 is inhuman and have tried to rust my profile for innumerable losses. I will remember this experience, but would advice higher level management and the CEO too about removing the cancer culture internally because hardworking and dedicated employees are leaving under such circumstances. Worst employee experience and literally a nightmare.
