Pros

In fact, Amazon has a type of work schedule called flex. I work at an Amazon Fresh store and I am a student, so thanks to this type of schedule I can have a lot of flexibility with my shifts without it affecting my attendance at work or school. Another reason is that one of Amazon's goals is to take advantage of the technology we have today and have greater versatility in our day-to-day lives. I agree with this because everything related to work can be consulted in a single Amazon application designed for employees. It is very complete and has many useful tools.

Cons

For me, the only disadvantage is that the demand is very high and it is unlikely or difficult to get a job at Amazon, as well as the locations of these companies. However, it continues to expand, so it is only a matter of time before there are more jobs with this company.
