Pros

PTO accrual is good. So easy to get hired that a 4th grader could apply for their parent and get them the job. Great fit for a 2nd or 3rd job.

Cons

Regional managers are out of touch and unwilling to yield anything. They don't seem to listen to any of the input they receive (even when they ask for it). Job is not meant to be long term, and they let you know that because the pay rate will not go up a single cent after 3 years of tenure, inflation be damned. Customers regularly blame individuals for their own wrongdoings and mistakes. You have to take time out of your day to grab shifts, and hours are not guaranteed. This is good for someone looking for a second job, or students looking for some hobby money.
