Pay check , bonus and stocks

Cons

No Life! On the road every week , you change quality life time with your family for overtime working (12h) somewhere in the map. Work life balance is terrible. After 6m traveling kicks in and will be sucked into a non stop work environment. High attrition rate , 1.5y is the average life time. Management does not care and if you complain or request support they will flood you with more work, assignments and sometimes push you out . Don’t waste your time.
