Pros

Salary is good; Lot of career opportunities; Easy to move to other teams. Learning depends on the team you are on.

Cons

Unending and non-stop work that is not worth the additional pay; I don't think they have a concept of work life balance. But my manager strongly recommends not to work more than 8 hours and expects to complete 14 hour work in 8 hours.
