Stock prices continue to increase and you can take your dog to work....
Cons
...but that's about it. The 401k match is almost non-existent and there are zero other benefits to working there aside from 10% prime purchases maxed at $100 total a year. BFD. All experience gained is unmarketable outside Amazon as all tools used are mostly internal. Biggest Con - their 'raise the bar' hiring policy is a joke resulting in super high performing lower levels and mediocre-at-best middle management. You will constantly have newer employees higher than you on the food-chain that clearly are under-performing you. You will almost always know / outperform your superiors. It also makes upward mobility nearly impossible.
