Pros

There are lots of opportunities at this company, and if you are young or have expendable amounts of time, it can be worth it to get experience at this kind of company.

Cons

The "work life balance" is a complete lie. This company is always go go go, there is no rest. After a couple years, the RSUs are hardly worth it anymore.

Worked 24/7

Pros

casual dress code, discounts, insurance

Cons

on call 24/7, zero work life balance, managers who threaten, no Christmas vacation, situations you are not trained to deal with. As an LPM you will be on call 24/7 and expected to answer your phone and deal with endless suicidal threats you have no degree or training for, never asked your own mental status after dealing with suicidal threats for years, woken throughout the night by HR teams, maximum base salary of $69k, Amazon will include shares on your W2 even though you haven't sold them to give themselves the added advantage. No labor law training but expected to oversee protests and formed unions, associate employees are given free rain to write on a huge board at sites how they don't like certain managers and throw them under the bus, floor level employees threatening managers with violence, over 500 suicide cases inside 1 year in North America.

Pros

The pay is decent, you don’t have to worry about hours, and the lack of human contact is a plus for antisocial people

Cons

The routes are the worst. Depending on where you work at, for me they had me going up into the mountains where you would think there are no houses at. You’re expected to fit a huge van into many narrow roads Don’t plan on ending your shift on time. You will most likely always do overtime. 12 hour days are more common than not. Good luck finding a bathroom near your route. The company urges drivers to find one instead of peeing in a can like I’ve had to do on several occasions. Finding a bathroom will but you so far behind schedule that it’s not worth it. The device they give you to confirm deliveries always runs out of signal and will put you behind schedule. Even when you finish your deliveries for the day, prepare to spend another hour debriefing at the warehouse. Whoever is at the desk will most likely be mean and give you a hard time if you have UTA’s Mentally prepare yourself when delivering to a business or apartment. It can take an hour sometimes to find the drop off points
