      Decent pay overshadowed by poor leadership and management

      Pros

      Pay is decent and you can access it early.

      Cons

      Horribly lazy operations manager and horrible senior leadership. There was no effort put into my development. Really bad work life balance too. Working 11.5 - 12 hours a night. Culture is pretty bad too and its difficult to change.
