Pros

Access to different departments and countries for job mobility

Cons

Too many to list. What the company says and does are completely contradictory. I was there for 5+ years and it was shocking to see how people behaved. You will be treated like an object and it’s extremely political and back-stabby in terms of culture. I saw alarming behaviour where people were discriminated against due to having neurodivergent conditions and management sat around a table joking about the individual and how their behaviour was ‘different’. Managers would take credit for other people’s work without any transparency or accountability. Expect double standards for opportunities and promotions as it’s based on nepotism. I worked across multiple departments and Amazon Shipping was the worst place I’ve ever worked in my entire career. It’s so not worth the RSUs they will entice you with to stay for another few years and I highly regret working there.
