Pros

It was a fun place to work that valued quality of work

Cons

Nepotism and lack of transparency from upper management. Family members interviewing other family members for jobs they’re unqualified for without any HR oversight. Within the past couple of years, the environment turned into the grinding nature similar to the warehouses. Management only cares about how much work you can do in a given hour and not a quality deep dive as they claim to being of their values. Also, it is much easier to quit your role, work somewhere else and reapply for a higher level than to be internally promoted.
