Amazon is a great place to be. The independence, the close proximity to leadership, the ability to drive change to business fundamentals and ability to choose the pace of your career is unique here.

Cons

The one & only downside here is that the culture encourages you to stretch and deliver more & might catch you not balancing life. The company is doing everything to remind people to do so but the independence and depth of control means a lot of your peers might ignore it & that pushes people on the fence to do so
