Pros

- Work with smart, driven colleagues - Laid back dress code - Company name

Cons

- Spotty management - Due to rapid growth many have been promoted to management without management experience - Lack of internal training on processes, policies, culture - Very political. One's success is not about performance - it's playing the game

A perfect place for singles and workaholics.

Cons

Passive attitude due to too many works. Engineers are responsible for most of operational works and oncall.

Pros

They take care of their employees with good benefits and often stock options. The Amazon motto of "Work hard, Have fun, Make history" are always displayed, and they make an effort to create a productive atmosphere that is both serious and lighthearted.

Cons

The large scale of this company can sometimes be daunting. The interview process was exhausting and tough. Be sure to follow up. It also can feel like they cycle through temporary workers quite often. So if you are full-time and the other associates around you keep changing, it can be a bit frustrating and disorienting.
