No amount of money compensates for a work environment where burnout is normalized and leadership behavior actively contributes to anxiety and exhaustion. If you’re considering a senior role here, go in with your eyes wide open. The compensation may look attractive, but the cost is much higher than what’s listed in the offer letter.
