Great culture, lots of opportunities to move around, good benefits

Within the AWS field, the specific department feels very terminal. If you're being hired as a level 3 or lower, be prepared to have a very difficult time getting out of the "level 3" squalor; most career starting points are Level 4 and above, so it's frustrating to be stuck at a bottom line/operations-driven role when you have the potential for more
