Pros

Great Benefits , insurance, education, 401k. Take advantage of all you can, while you can.

Cons

No matter how good you are...You will never be good enough. Remember when all else fails all you are is a worker and replaceable. Even Amazon's projection of your employment is no more then 5yrs.

Pros

I like the quick pace and push to do what's best for the team. Just the right mix of computer mixed with dock work. Diversity is very cool. Benefits are tremendous!

Cons

There is need to have basic physical fitness. You will only sit on breaks and prepare to walk - a lot, new fulfillment centers are ginormous.
