Pros

Yes, Amazon Robotics is a division of Amazon that focuses on developing robots for use in the company's fulfillment centers. There are definitely people who work at Amazon Robotics, including engineers, researchers, designers, project managers, technicians, and various other roles involved in the development, maintenance, and operation of robotic systems used within Amazon's logistics network. These employees work on tasks such as designing new robots, improving existing systems, testing and deploying robotic solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the robotic infrastructure within Amazon's warehouses

Cons

Hundreds of hardworking men and women will be replaced, for primary tasks, even though there's a chance for humans to work alongside machines. There's a dehumanizing effect that springs from the new developed environment. Workers who aren't given the chance to work within their organization are left jobless
