      Pros

      In my prev. jobs have always been involved with Tech developement. Robotics Deployment isin't a normal day thing. Getting to know all the technologies from a deployment perspective is very refreshing. Opinions are respected and more important freedom to conceptualise and come up with improvement ideas is a welcome step.

      Cons

      The idea of travelling all through the year (mostly March-Oct) can be annoying but if you like traveling it is perfect.

      Pros

      Job is not too tough. Just requires much attention. Good for the salary being paid. The process is growing so growth rates are high

      Cons

      Stressful, monotonous job. Less to learn as it is only process based.
