Pros
Great location and close to the highway. It's better than being unemployed, but not much better. Free cereal and soda......big deal.
Cons
Far too many managers, not enough workers. Workers, especially contractors that I know, are treated like crap. Job descriptions are vague, and changed on a whim. Training is virtually non-existent. You figure things out for yourself. Communication between management and employees is poor. Systems are inadequate and middle-level management is very egotistical. There are lots of good hard-working people there, both contract and permanent, who will leave skid marks behind when the economy gets better. They will get the hell out of there in droves.
