      Pros

      I have worked here for a few years and everything has been pretty positive. There are a lot of great people working here. The pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Experience is likely to be dependent on the department you work for, as it is in most places. They are working on flexible schedules and similar programs, but it hasn't been very fast moving.

      Pros

      Young, fast moving, open and collaborative work culture that promotes creativity and innovation at the individual level. Speaking up and voicing your opinion is expected and will be challenged. Bias for action culture that promotes experimenting to find the best solutions to problems. Great place if you are a fresh-out with interest in leading edge robotics solutions.

      Cons

      Departments tend to work in silos because of fast moving environment creating communication challenges. Plan on spending lots of time in meetings and keeping updated with other department progress.
