Pros
The problem space is very interesting yet likely achievable. These robots have the potential to actually get deployed, while AV on public roads a long way off.
Cons
Engineering is stagnant because they only hire junior engineers. The only seniors you work with have been for 10+ years, so there is no cross pollination of ideas from the outside. The infrastructure and tooling is really bad. Most engineers spend 50% of they day wondering why local builds are broken or backing out code because there is no integration testing.
