      Too much politics, not enough engineering, and TPMs are overrated.

      Pros

      Very smart engineers. It is great to be working with smart people who consistently give me new ideas.

      Cons

      There is too much politics within the workplace. I just want to make cool things. But almost everyone here has their own personal agenda and will backstab and lie to get a promotion. Once you hit level 5, you get put into program level meetings and it seems like zero teams get along with each other. No one wants to do a good job. They just want to make sure they cover their own butt and make sure they look good.

      -Repair PC boards of the customer. -Build up the Fixture Solder PC board for Engineer by written Schematic. Make the new cables and fixed.
