      Pros

      Amazon Robotics gives a lot of leeway to it's employees who have to travel for work. Often can pick our own flights, hotels, and where to eat.

      Cons

      Moving upward can be difficult and requires an application to the next level that gets review by leadership who may have never worked with you. Compensation is lower that it should be.

      Leadership principles are a great structure to go by and become a leader.

      It's impossible to get a promotion if you don't have a sponsor, no matter how hard you work there.
