Managers made it seem like you should be grateful to work at the company. Write you up for the smallest things as a powerplay. Will not train you on a process and not provide a QRC but make you write one while learning what they made up on the spot. Pretty much told me to make up my own work because the job was actually mostly data entry. Will hire you as an escape goat for firing quota. Will talk about other coworkers behind their backs and yours.
