      Pros

      You'll never work with a better collection of highly intelligent, motivated and dedicated employees. The work you'll accomplish on a quarterly and annual basis can be incredible.

      Cons

      Unique compensation plan that pays a reduced salary vs. competitors with the upside trade-off of earning stock. You must complete your fourth year of employment to receive all of your stock and most people never reach that milestone.

      Industry is dynamic and complex. In Operations roles, you need to quickly grasp the complexity. My previous background in complex technology roles and the on boarding process enabled me to come up to speed quickly
