Pros

The pay is great, and benefits are pretty top notch.

Cons

The internal culture is terrible, people leverage the company values maliciously all the time. Promotion sucks, expect to get screwed in your compensation if you stay with the company for a long period of time.

Pros

Cool work and lots of it, strong cultural values, no nonsense. Strong leadership and smart/skilled colleagues.

Cons

Work/life balance. When the business needs you, it needs you. Sometimes a lot. Hard driving and fast moving environment may not suit everyone.
