Pros

+leadership principles provide life skills

Cons

-cult environment -don’t make leadership angry or they’ll find a reason to fire you -leadership can and will find a reason to fire you -HR is their for the benefit of the company not the employee -work 16 hours a day and your told it’s development and your supplemented in your pay. Trust me you’re not. -cut throat environment -you know when you’re on the chopping block when you start to be micromanaged - they’re doing it so they can document. -leadership/management will go to extraordinary lengths to get what they need to get you fired if they have to. They’ll justify it as not a good fit so they don’t have to pay unemployment. The bar becomes skewed. -watch out. Don’t do it. Everyone thinks they can handle for the pay. But people really do cry under their desks.
