Pros

Work/Life harmony Leadership principles really applied day by day Very well designed recruitment and on boarding plans Enough time to learn before start having responsibilities

Cons

You can feel lost at the begging with the selfie service culture. Sometimes a little bit of more guidance would waste a lot of time

Pros

Smart people. Day 1 attitude. Fast pace, risk taking, customer obsession, corporate spaces are cush and modern. Seattle is a fun town.

Cons

Not a lot of people love. Work hard to get rewarded but no perks that other companies this size have, ESPP, discounts on hardware and other items. Pace of work is constant and heavy. If you're not truly happy in your work the culture will bring you down.
