Cons
Need to stretch work hours to meet the deadlines Few managers are not taking care of teams, they only praise who work smart. Doesn't understand the complications involved in work. Management can ask you to do anything they want regardless of you are in support/test/development. Be ready for anything. If you don't complete it your rating will be affected. If you get the rating as "Needs improvement" or below, no WFH, inter-team change not possible unless you get VP approval which doesn't happen as the blocker would be your manager.
